Questions about The Loop
What is The Loop?
The Loop is PerfectGift's free loyalty program. You earn points, called Sparks, on eligible purchases and redeem them for promo codes towards future orders. There's no membership fee, and you start earning on your first order.
How do I join The Loop?
The Loop is free to join, and you start earning Sparks from your very first purchase. Requires an email account on PerfectGift.com to redeem. Membership is free and open to U.S. residents 18 and older.
How many Sparks do I earn?
You earn at least 1 Spark for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases, rounded down to whole dollars. Sparks are not earned on sales tax, fees, shipping, the portion of an order paid with a promo code, or on bulk and corporate orders.
How do I redeem my Sparks?
Redeem 500 Sparks for a $5 promo code, or 1,000 Sparks for a $10 promo code, then apply it to your next order. Rewards can't be added after an order is placed or applied to taxes, fees, or shipping.
Do Sparks expire?
Yes. Sparks expire 12 months from the date you earn them. This only applies to Sparks, never to the balance on a gift card you've purchased.
Do I earn Sparks when I use a gift card?
Sparks are earned when you buy a gift card from PerfectGift. You don't earn Sparks when that card is later spent or when you use a PerfectGift card.
What happens to Sparks if an order is returned?
The Sparks for that order are removed from your balance. If that removal drops you below a reward or tier you'd already reached, we may reverse it.
How do I leave The Loop?
Email admin.loyalty@perfectgiftrewards.com to opt out at any time. Opting out or closing your account forfeits any unredeemed Sparks, and you cannot get your Sparkback if you rejoin.
